The overall repair was great. Whoever is in charge of looking at the vehicle before returning it needs to be replaced. There was over spray all over my windows, my front blinker no lo ger works and they forgot to install my emblems and center cap on my wheel. The body work and paint look great!
If you’re not with USAA insurance company or had made a claim with your insurance company this place will treat you different they do not care about you or your vehicle. After explaining to them I would pay CASH to get my vehicle fix they still wanted to get the insurance company involved. What does that say about this place. Cool I’ll happily take my money and business somewhere else. The front desk lady do not have to be rude and unprofessional if you have questions just call the insurance company don’t harassed me with unnecessary questions. 👌🏾
